What is mindfulness

Mindfulness is noticing what is happening in your experience in the present moment, with curiosity and kindness. It's a way of being  aware of your thoughts, feelings and body sensations as they unfold. It can help us to get in touch with what is happening in the here and now, rather than allowing ourselves to be carried away on automatic pilot. Mindfulness training can reduce stress and enhance feelings of well-being.
