Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is a structured 8 week course which takes participants through training in mindfulness meditation and gentle mindful movement exercises. Alongside this, the course involves discussion of life skills, of how we can use mindfulness to help us deal with difficulties and how we can bring mindfulness practices into our everyday lives.
This short course covers some core mindfulness meditation and movement practices and includes time for dialogue and discussion.

This one-day course, covers a range of mindfulness meditation practices designed to sharpen concentration, increase awareness and deepen self-compassion. This day is an opportunity to take a break from your busy schedule and dedicate some time and space to yourself.

Bespoke mindfulness training courses can be created to meet specific workplace/organisation requirements.
To learn mindfulness on an individual basis, the 8 week MBSR course can be taught as 8 hour long sessions using Skype.
